*Admission tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase*.
The following holidays will be charged at weekend rates, regardless of what day of the week they fall on:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day,
Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

With your admission, you’ll enjoy access to:
Bath Areas and Saunas: Relax in our tranquil baths and diverse sauna rooms.
Small Towels: Complimentary small towels are provided (large towels available for a $2 rental fee).
Spa Uniform: A comfortable spa uniform for use during your visit.
For a complete experience, additional services such as massages, body treatments, food, drinks, golf bay, and karaoke rentals are available at an extra cost.

*Policies & Guidelines
For safety reasons, bag checks are enforced for large purses, totes, and backpacks.
Children 10 and under are welcome in our Kid’s World area but are not allowed in the main facility.
Minors (ages 11 to 18) must have a same-sex parent/guardian and must be supervised at all times.
Parents may dine at our restaurant with their children but must use the Kid’s World stairs that lead to the restaurant.
