Massage & Body Scrub Policies
1. Arrival Time
Body Scrub: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled scrub.
Massage: Arrive 20 minutes prior to your massage appointment to ensure a relaxed start.
2. Pregnancy Policy
For safety reasons, we do not offer body treatments or massages at any stage of pregnancy.
3. Age Requirements & Waivers
Minimum Age: Guests must be 14 years or older to receive a body scrub or massage.
Ages 14-17: Guests need a waiver signed by a guardian to receive spa services.
Ages 18+: No waiver is required for adult guests.
4. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service price.
5. Service Sequence Recommendation
For best results, we recommend scheduling body treatments before massages if you’re booking both services.
